Expression of feeling is one of the best ways to deal with the problems in our lives. When we keep things bottled up and inside, those feelings that we are harboring can build up and tear us down from the inside out. Finding a healthy out let for those emotions can help heal the wounded heart and help release a lot of those feelings.
Recording your feelings is an amazing outlet especially if you don’t want to talk to anyone about it. There are a few different options that one may take to make a record of their feelings and this week I’m going to cover those options.
